• The system has four casting option to provide total flexibility in gel casting either directly within the tank or externally when tank is in use.
• The combs are colour coded and height adjustable to offer complete control over loading volume and well depth to a maximum 112-sample throughput.
• Colour loading strips are available easy well detection when loading.
• The system has four comb positions at 3.5 cm intervals along the tray for fast separation of multiple samples.
• The system comes with buffers circulation ports that may be connected to a peristaltic pump for buffer circulation during electrophoresis to maintain buffer pH and prevent ionic gradient formation.
• The tank is very compact reducing the buffer volume required to cover the gel, providing greater control over the voltage gradient and run-time.
• UV- transparent acrylic casting tray allows user to image the gel without risk of damage due to handling.
• The systems have handles on the side for safe and easy transportation around the laboratory.
